We're heading to Tuscany!

Monteverdi Tuscany will be exclusively ours to share with you, our favorite people, from Thursday, August 17th to Sunday, August 20th, 2023 (3 nights required). A preferential nightly room rate has been arranged as noted below. We will be placing you in one of the rooms at the resort where we believe you will be most comfortable to enjoy your stay. Rest assured every room here is individually designed and spectacular. 

To Make Transportation Arrangements: To plan and confirm your roundtrip group transportation to / from Monteverdi Tuscany, simply email sheri@celebrationsat.com to organize your transfers. She will work with you and group you with like guests, traveling the same way and time.

Flights

The best way to get to Monteverdi Tuscany from the United States will be either flying into Rome (FCO) or into Florence (FLR). There are many direct flights to Rome (FCO). When flying into Florence, you will need to be mindful that there will be a connection.

Direct flights to Milan are also available if you are looking to spend a little time before Tuscany in our other favorite place Lake Como (or shopping). Trains are readily available from Milan, to Florence, where we will be focusing our TRANSFERS.

Trains

Main Train Station in Rome: Roma Termini // Main Train Station in Florence: Firenze Santa Maria Novella

From Rome OR Florence, you can then take a train to Chiusi-Chiancano Terme. The Chiusi station is about a 30-minute drive to / from Monteverdi. Trains from Rome to Chiusi and from Florence to Chiusi are direct and take about 1.5 hours each way.

You can check for train timetables and tickets through the official website Trenitalia. NOTE: Train times are not available for August yet.

Transfer

From / To Florence: Group transfers will be arranged to / from Florence, based on guests arriving at similar times either from the airport or at a meeting point in the city. If preferred, you are welcome to make your own arrangements too.

From / To Chiusi Train Station: Group transfers will be arranged to / from the train station, based on guests arriving and departing at similar times. If preferred, you are welcome to take a taxi as they should be waiting at the station, subject to availability.

Transfer From / To Chiusi Train Station: 25-100 EUR per person, per way. (*Cost varies based on the number of guests traveling together).

From / To Rome: There will be no group transfers offered from Rome to Monteverdi Tuscany. If preferred you are welcome to make your own arrangements to travel to / from Rome.
